Local

The future of AI is local.

A private AI assistant, installed on a computer you own, inside your home or office. Nothing you say to it leaves the building.

Ready to wear.

Most people who want AI at home or at work want an assistant they can talk to, that reads their documents, and that keeps their business to itself.

We deliver that as one finished piece. The computer, the models that run on it, the apps you'll use to talk to it, and your documents, all set up before it arrives. Like a good suit off the rack, it comes in a few sizes and is fitted to you. You plug it in. It works.

At home, or at the office.

At home

A private assistant that lives in your house. Ask it anything. Hand it the household paperwork. Let it keep the calendar and tell you what's due.

Message it from your phone the way you'd message a person, from anywhere, and the answer still comes from the machine in your closet. If you grew up wanting Jarvis, this is the part you can buy now.

At the office

An assistant that reads your files and never leaves the building. Contracts, patient records, client portfolios. It answers questions about your documents, drafts the letter, and summarizes the file, and none of it is sent to an AI company.

Built for professions that are obligated to keep client information private: law, medicine, and wealth management.

Three sizes.

Every installation includes the hardware, the setup, a walkthrough in person, and support: 90 days with the Assistant, a full year with the Agent and the Office. Hardware is billed at cost, so the invoice shows the Apple or NVIDIA price and the rest is the work.

The Assistant

Electricity estimates assume 32¢ per kilowatt-hour, Rhode Island's winter residential rate, and typical daily use. Hardware specifications are current as of October 2026 and change with each generation.

Already built, or still on paper.

Already built

The Assistant and the Agent are quiet boxes that sit on a shelf and plug into an ordinary outlet. Either one is installed in an afternoon, with nothing to wire and nothing to renovate.

Still on paper

If you're building or renovating, we plan a dedicated space for the Office with your architect, the way you'd plan a home theater or a wine room. Its own circuit, cooling, wiring to the rooms you'll use it from, and a door that closes.

We work with [architect], who designs custom homes in [region], to design that space in from the start. Pending his OK before this goes live.

Why local.

It's private because of where it is.

Your conversations and documents are processed on a machine in your building. There is no account, no cloud, and no company between you and your own information. The privacy doesn't depend on anyone's policy. It depends on where the computer is.

It's yours.

No subscription that can be raised. No usage limit that resets on Monday. No feature removed in an update you didn't ask for. It keeps working when the internet doesn't, and it will still work in ten years.

It's ready now.

Open models, the ones published for anyone to run, have caught up with what most people use AI for, and the best of them run well on hardware that fits in a closet. We choose the right one for the job, set it up, and keep it current.

How it works.

  1. A conversation.

Thirty minutes. We learn what you want it to do, who will use it, and where it will live. You get a recommendation and a price.

  2. We build it.

Hardware, models, the ways you'll talk to it, and your documents loaded. Configured and tested before it leaves our hands.

  3. We install it.

We set it up in place, walk you through it, and stay on call. [Support plan terms.]

Questions.

Is it as good as ChatGPT?

For everyday work, yes. Writing, questions, summaries, and anything involving your own documents. The largest cloud models are still ahead on the hardest problems; the Office closes most of that gap, and the Assistant doesn't try to.

Does it need the internet?

No. It runs without it. An internet connection lets you reach it from your phone when you're away, and lets us keep it updated.

Can you see my data?

No. For support, we connect to your machine only with your permission, for the session you approve, and you can switch that off. We keep no copy of your documents. [Confirm policy.]

Where do you install?

Rhode Island and the rest of New England in person. Elsewhere, shipped configured, with setup over a video call.

What if it breaks?

Support covers remote fixes, and if the hardware fails we replace it. [Warranty and replacement terms.]

Who makes the models?

Research labs and companies that publish their models openly for anyone to run. We test them, pick the ones that do the job, and update them as better ones are released.
